Policies for Inflatables:


Holidays:

* Certain holidays will have a surcharge added to the rental fee.
*On Mardi Gras, Thanksgiving & Christmas, we deliver the day before & pickup the day after, must be in gated back yard. There will be no additional charge.
*No cancellations on holidays.
*Deposits are non refundable or transferable on holiday.
Locations:

Residential School & Church
Setup: 7am - 30 min before start time Setup: your specified time
Pickup: Begins at 6:30pm during the summer Pickup: your specified time
(price includes 6 HRS, $10/hr after) (special pricing for events, call us)

Parks & Commercial Locations: ( additional $25)
Setup: 30min before Pickup: at party end time

For parks and commercial locations someone MUST stay at the site until all equipment is picked up.
Deposits for Inflatables:

deposits apply to the rental cost.
-deposits are non-refundable, but can be used as a raincheck for one future order.
-deposits are non refundable or transferable on holiday.

Cancellations:
-Cancellations must be made three (3) days before your party by 5pm.
-If you cancel less than 3 days before your party, or cancel on the day of your party, then your deposit cannot be used as a raincheck for future orders.
Rainchecks:
-Can be used for ONE future rental.
-Once applied to a future order rainchecks will not be able to be cancelled again.

Parks and Non-Residential:
-Customer must be at the park or commercial location for us to deliver
-Customer must wait at park or commercial location until the game is picked up
Southshore and other areas for inflatables:
We do not deliver outside of the St. Tammany Parish area at this time
